The combination of our scientifically designed and medically based specialized equipment combined with your highly trained Access Strength trainer for Only 30 minutes, 1 to 2 times per week. Extra recovery time is a critical part of the Access Strength program and is imperative to success, allowing more time for a healthier life.

 

These machines operate at a level of friction and provide accurate and even resistance through the full range of movement and specifically and safely isolate the targeted muscle group. The machines have been validated by research published in over 75 peer-reviewed journals.

The equipment is engineered to provide less resistance at the point where the muscles are the weakest - in the stretched position. This resistance, in the stretched position, is sufficient to stimulate strength increases but not too heavy to be unsafe.
