Don’t let Harmon’s expertise and passion for helping our clients achieve their fitness goals, intimidate you. Harmon strives to make Access Strength’s studio an inviting and laid back environment. If you polled Harmon’s clients, they will all tell you Harmon isn’t just their trainer, he’s their friend.
Jenny Lyons
This dedicated mom shows the same care and compassion with our clients as she does with her daughter ViVi. When they’re not attached at the hip, you’ll find Jenny at Access Strength training and sanitizing. Her clients LOVE her.
